No minimum to reach, no threshold, no shipping line added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Where we ship

All 50 US states, Washington DC, Puerto Rico, and US military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses take a little longer. allow 7–14 business days after shipping.

We don't ship outside the United States yet.

Tracking

Two emails: one the moment you order, and one with a tracking number the moment it leaves us. Put that number into the Track Your Order page any time.

Tracking often takes 24–48 hours to start moving. A number that looks frozen on day one is normal, not a problem.

No emails at all? Check spam and promotions first. If they aren't there, email us and we'll resend them.

What the box looks like

A plain mailer. Your address, our address, nothing else. Bottles are packed upright and padded so the dropper arrives sealed and intact.

If the address is wrong

Email rinuviausa@gmail.com before it ships and we'll correct it. Once a carrier has the parcel we can't redirect it. but if it comes back to us, we reship to the right address free of charge.

If it says delivered and it isn't there

Check with anyone else at the address, and look wherever your carrier usually leaves things. Most parcels marked delivered turn up within 48 hours. If yours doesn't, email us. We open a claim with the carrier and reship. You don't pay twice.

If it arrives damaged

Email us within 14 days with a photo and we send a replacement at no charge. Keep the original.

Delays we don't control

Once a carrier takes the parcel, the timing is theirs. Weather and holiday backlogs happen and we won't promise a date we can't keep. What we will do is chase it. email us and we'll open a trace, and if it's genuinely lost we reship at our cost.

Taxes

US sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown at checkout. No customs charges. we ship domestically only.
