Where is my order?
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive 3–7 business days after they ship. Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses take 7–14.
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start moving after you get the shipping email. If it looks frozen on day one, that's normal. check again tomorrow.
No shipping email at all? Look in spam and promotions first. If it isn't there, tell us and we'll resend it.
Marked delivered but nothing on the step? Check with anyone else at the address and wherever your carrier usually leaves parcels. most turn up within 48 hours. If yours doesn't, email us and we'll open a claim and reship. You don't pay twice.
