Signing in takes about twenty seconds

Type the email address you ordered with. We send a six-digit code to that inbox. Enter the code and you are in.

There is no password to remember, and none to reset. If the code has not arrived in a minute, check the spam folder before asking for another.

What you can change yourself

• The date of the next delivery. Pull it forward if you are running low. Push it back if bottles are stacking up.
• How often it arrives. Stretch the gap or shorten it.
• Skip one delivery. The subscription carries on afterwards, untouched.
• Pause it. Shipments stop, your price stays where it is, and you start it again when you want it.
• The address and the card. Both are editable in the same place.
• Cancel it. One click to cancel, one to confirm. No fee, no notice period, no last offer on the way out.

When a change takes effect

Anything you change before your renewal date applies to the next order.

Once an order has been charged it is already on its way to the packing bench, so that one ships. Your change lands on the order after it. If a charge has just gone through and you did not want it, email us the same day and we will sort it out.

If you would rather a person did it

Email rinuviausa@gmail.com with the order number from your confirmation email and say what you want changed. A person replies within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and does it for you.

No order number? Send the name and email you ordered under and we will find it.

Thinking of stopping because it is not working yet

A coat takes weeks to grow through and joints take weeks to settle, which is why the guarantee runs to ninety days rather than thirty. If you are three weeks in and unconvinced, you are early rather than wrong.

And if ninety days come and go and it has not earned its place, the 90-day guarantee gives you your money back. Cancelling your subscription does not take that away.
