Ninety days to decide. Open the bottle.

You have ninety days from the day it lands. Use every drop. Finish the bottle. If you don't see the difference in your dog, email us and we send your money back.

There is nothing to return. No sealed bottle, no empty bottle, no photograph, no explanation, no form.

Why it's ninety and not thirty

Because thirty days doesn't answer your question. The thing you're actually trying to find out is whether his skin, his coat, his tummy and his walks change, and a body takes weeks to rebuild. Most owners see less itching by week four and a softer coat and easier joints by week eight. Ninety gives you room to be sure.

Why opened bottles are fine

A guarantee that requires an unopened bottle isn't a guarantee, it's a restocking policy. A bottle you were too nervous to open has told you nothing. The only version of this that's worth anything is one where you take all of it first.

How to claim it

1. Email rinuviausa@gmail.com with the order number from your confirmation email.
2. A person replies within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Nobody will try to talk you out of it.
3. The refund goes back to your original payment method within 3 business days of approval. Your bank usually posts it 5–10 days after that.

No order number? Send the name and email you ordered under and we'll find it.

The terms, in full

• 90 days from the delivery date, not the order date.
• Every bottle on the order is covered, opened or not.
• You're refunded the full amount you paid, including anything charged at checkout.
• One guarantee claim per customer.
• Nothing needs to be sent back. Keep the bottles.
